Summer Retreat at Nainital

Poster English(1)

A summer retreat is being arranged by Overman Foundation in collaboration with Sri Aurobindo Sakti Centre from 8th to 14th June 2016 at Van Niwas (Himalayan Centre of Sri Aurobindo Ashram—Delhi Branch), Bara Pathar, Nainital 263001, Uttaranchal.

Registered participants are kindly requested to reach the venue on 8th June around afternoon and leave on 14th post-lunch.

Accommodation facilities are as per the standards provided at Van Niwas, Nainital. Since the camp is being held in the Ashram campus, a strict discipline is to be maintained throughout and all participants are required to follow the rules and regulations of the Ashram and uphold the sanctity of the place.

The food served during the camp is nutritious & entirely vegetarian. We seek cooperation in matters of food. Since people from many states & family backgrounds participate, it will not be possible for us to satisfy everybody’s taste.

Please note that it is not possible to provide accommodation at Van Niwas for even one extra day either before or after the camp.

Organizers will not be responsible for any accident or illness. All medical expenses will have to be paid by the participants themselves.

The local washerman (dhobi) comes every alternate day (direct dealings only). However, there is water shortage at Nainital.
